RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EMPLOYMENT OF A FULL-TIME CODE
ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.
WHEREAS,, the Hugo City Council has 'authorized recruitment to fill the
position of full-time code enforcement officer for the City of Hugo, and
WHEREAS, a job description and conditions of employment have been
previously approved by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the City has budgeted for, and authorized the employment of,
a code enforcement officer:
NOW THEREFORE BE RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUB09
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, That Mr. John Benson of Zimmerman, Minnesota
be employed as the city code enforcement officer on a full-time basis
commencing May 9, 1988 subject to completion of a six-month probationary
period.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that Mr. Benson shall be compensated at the
rate of $25,500 annually, and said salary may be adjusted at the
completion of the six-month probationary period, and said employee shall
be entitled to other benefits as outlined in the conditions of employment
at the time of recruitment.
