RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF REPORT FOR %NGERSOLL AVENUE/SUNSET LAKE PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON
COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Ingersoll Avenue
North from the centerline of County State Aid Highway #10 north
approximately 3700 feet by the improvement of street surfacing, filed
with the Council on May 2, 1988 is hereby declared to be signed by the
required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This
declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statute 429.035.
2° The petition is hereby referred to Howard Kuusisto, City Engineer, and
he is instructed to report to the Council, with all convenient speed,
advising the Council, in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed
improvement is feasible, and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Upon roll call, the following members voted AYE: Peltier, Potts, Olson.,,
Vail, Atkinson
Upon roll call, the following members voted NAY: NONE
