RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING
FOR IN8ERSOLL AVENUE NORTH/SUNSET LAKE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT #P.I. 5-2-88(A).
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted May 2, 1988, a
report has been prepared by Howard Kuusist«x, City Engineer, with reference
to the improvement of Ingersoll Avenue North from the centerline of County
State Aid Highway #10 north approximately 3700 feet by the improvement of
street surfacing, and this report was received by the Council on May 2,
1988,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO, WASHINGTON
COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of
$55,000.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 6th
day of June, 1988, in the Council chambers of the City Hall at 7:05
PM, and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such
hearing and improvement as required by law.
Upon roll call, the following members voted AYE: Peltier, Potts, Olson,
Vail, Atkinson
Upon roll call, the following members voted NAY: NONE
