RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PLANS FOR INGERSOLL AVE./SUNSET
I-AKE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT P.I. 5-2-ee-A.
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of Ingersoll Ave.
North from the center line -of County State Aid Highway No. 10 north
approximately 3,700 feet by the improvement of street surfacing was duly
presented to the City Council on the 2nd day of May, 1988, and;
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted May 2nd, 1988 a
report has been prepared by City Engineer Howard Kuusisto with reference
to the improvement and this report was received by the council on May 2,
1988;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HU8O,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA,
1. The council finds and determines that said petition was signed by
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the
location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council
resolution adopted May 2, 1988.
3. Howard Kuusisto is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making
of such improvement.
ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL THIS 6TH DAY OF JUNE, 1988.
ON ROLL CALL VOTE:
Council members Peltier, Potts, Olson, Vail, Atkinson voting aye.
WHERE UPON SAID RESOLUTION WAS DECLARED PASSED AND ADOPTED.
