FACILITIES.
WHEREAS, the City Council is considering a preliminary plat for Bald Eagle
Estates with the intent to connect to sanitary sewer; and
WHEREAS, Bald Eagle Estates is located in the Municipal Urban Service Area
to be served by sanitary sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF HUGO,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
That said council hereby authorizes an application for permit to connect
to Metropolitan Waste Control Commission facilities and said application
is to be made with the Commission for sewer within the proposed Bald Eagle
Estates Development.
Upon roll cal1, the following members voting AYE: Peltier, Potts, Olson,
Vail, Atkinson
Upon roll call, the following members voting NAY: none
WHERE UPON SAID RESOLUTION WAS DECLARED PASSED AND ADOPTED.
