RESOLUTION 88-28 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR IMPROVEMENT HEARING ON C.I.F. PROJECT #5-2-88(B). WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted May 21 19889 a report has been prepared by City Engineer, Howard Kuusisto, with reference to the improvement of Oneka Lake Boulevard from 200 feet east of Geneva Avenue easterly to Harrow Avenue, and Harrow Avenue from 157th Street north to 165th Street, and Goodview Avenue from County Road 8A to the south corporate limits, and Falcon Avenue from 124th Street south to 120th Street, and 177th Street from State Aid Highway 61 to Greystone Avenue, and 130th Street from State Aid Highway 61 east to Goodview Avenue, and Hyde Avenue from 147th Street south approximately .4 miles, and the 146th Street and 147th Street railroad crossings, and Homestead Avenue from 132nd Street north to 147th Street, by the impovement of street surfacing. This report was received by the Council on June 20, 1988; NOW THEREFORE HE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota; 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $1.2 million. 2. A public imporvement hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 21st day of July, 1988 in the Hugo Elementary School, 14895 Francesca Avenue North, at 7:00 PM, and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
