RESOLUTION SETTING INSPECTION PLAN REVIEW FEES
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo has adopted the Uniform Building Code 1985
Edition as the official building code of the city; and
WHEREAS, the City has set building permit fees to offset the cost of
building inspection; and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City Council to make the code
enforcement office self-supporting; and
WHEREAS, the Uniform Building Code allows for additional. fees to be
charged for plan review in conjunction with major construction projects:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
That a plan review fee equal to 50% of the building permit fee be in
hereby established for single family dwellings, multiple family dwellings,
industrial structures, and commercial structures, effective August I,
1988.
