RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT PHASE 1 #5--2-88 ( & ).
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Resolution of the City Council adopted the 20th day
of June, 1988 fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed
improvement of Oneka lake Blvd. from 200 feet east of Geneva Ave. easterly
to Harrow Avenue, Harrow Avenue from 157th St. north to 165th St., and
Goodview Avenue from County Rd. GA to the south corporate limits, and
Falcon Avenue from 124th St. south to 120th St., and 177th St. from State
Aid Highway 61 to Greystone Avenue, and 130th St. from State Aid Highway
61 east to Goodview Avenue, and Hyde Avenue from 147th south approximately
.4 miles, and the 146th St. and 147th St. railroad crossings, by the
improvement of street surfacing and related improvements; and
WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeps published notice of the
hearing was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 21st day of July
1988 at which all persons desiring to be heard were given the opportunity
to be heard thereon;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, (MINNESOTA
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council
resolution adopted on June 20, 1988.
2. Mr. Howard Kuusisto is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making
of such improvement.
Upon roll call vote, the following members voted AYE: Olson, Potts, Vail,
Atkinson
Upon roll call vote, the following members voted NAY: Peltier
ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 21ST DAY OF JULY. 1988.
