RESOLUTION DESIGNATING FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS FOR FINANCING
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #5-2-88(B).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY,
MINNESOTA, that Mr. Bill Fahey of Ehlers and Associates be in hereby
appointed as financial consultant for the City of Hugo and he is directed
to proceed with whatever is necessary for the sale of public improvement
bonds in the amount of approximately $1,000,000.00 for the financing of
Phase #1 of the city's Capital Improvements Program.
Upon roll call vote the following members voted AYE: Olson, Peltier
Potts, Vail, Atkinson
Upon roll call vote, the following members voted NAY: NONE
ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 21ST DAY OF JULY, 1986.
