RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SALE OF SURPLUS AND ABANDONED PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo has in its possession certain surplus and
abandoned propert), which it has no need of; and
WHEREAS, the current estimated value of said propert), does not exceed
$500.00;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA that the clerk be in hereby authorized to
advertise for the sale of all abandoned and surplus property reviewed and
approved by the City Council as follows:
One art metal gray desk, one black combination lock storage safe, one gray
metal base desk chair, and other miscellaneous items.
Council members voting AYE: Olson, Peltier, Potts, Vail, Atkinson
Council members voting NAY: NONE
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 7th day of
November, 1988.
