RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING COMPLETION OF PROBATIONARY
PERIOD AND ADJUSTMENT OF SALARY FOR CITY BUILDING
INSPECTOR.
WHEREAS, Mr. John Benson was employed as the city building inspector
in May, 1908, for ay six-month probationary period, and
WHEREAS, said probationary period was completed on Wednesday,
November 9, 1988, and
WHEREAS, the city administrator has advised the Council that Mr.
Benson has successfully completed his probationary period, and is
recommending a salary adjustment as per the original employment agreement;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Hugo,
Washington County, Minnesota, that Mr. John Benson employed as the city
code enforcement officer has hereby successfully completed his
probationary period with the city and his salary shall be adjusted by
$85.00 per month effective pay period ending November 20, 1988.
