A RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF REPORT FOR HOMESTEAD DRIVE/SUNSET LAKE
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON
COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Homestead Drive,
west of Sunset Lake, between the south line of 130th Street and
the north line of 125th Street, by the improvement of bituminous
surfacing, filed with the Council on June 1, 1987 is hereby declared
to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected
thereby. The declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statute
429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to Howard Kuusisto, City Engineer, and
he is instructed to report to the Council, with all convenient speed,
advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvement is feasible, and as to whether is should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the esti-
mated cost of the improvement as recommended.
UPON ROLL CALL, THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS VOTED AYE:
Theodora Peltier, Arthur Potts, Robert Olson, Deane Vail, George Atkinson
