A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT FOR 130TH STREET AND 125TH STREET/SUNSET LAKE
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 125th Street from County State
Aid Highway No. 10 northerly to the west line of Homestead Drive and
130th Street from the northerly extension of Homestead Drive, west of
Sunset Lake, by the improvement of bituminous surfacing and to assess
the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve-
ment pursuant to Minnesota Statute Chapter 429;
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA; that the proposed improvement
be referred to Howard Kuusisto, the city engineer, for study, and that
he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed
improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Upon roll call the following voted aye:
Arthur Potts, Robert Olson, Deane Vail, George Atkinson
Voting nay: Theodora Peltier
