A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT FOR
HOMESTEAD DRIVE/SUNSET LAKE BITUMINOUS SURFACING
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution -of the Council adopted June 1, 1987,
a report has been prepared by Howard Kuusisto, City Engineer, with
reference to the improvement of Homestead Drive, west of Sunset Lake,
between the south line of 130th Street and the north line of 125th Street,
and this report was received by the Council on July 6, 1987,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO, WASHINGTON
COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429
at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $55,492.00.
Upon roll call, the following members voting AYE:
Theodora Peltier, Arthur Potts, Robert Olson, Deane Vail, George Atkinson
Voting NAY: None
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 6TH DAY OF JULY, 1987.
