A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON
IMPROVEMENT FOR 125th STREET AND 130TH STREET/SUNSET
LAKE STREET PROJECT.
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted June 1, 1987,
a report has been prepared by Howared Kuusisto, City Engineer, with
reference to the improvement of 125th Street from County State Aid #10
northerly to the west line of Homestead Drive, and 130th Street from
the northerly extension of Homestead Drive west of Sunset Lake, by the
improvement of bituminous surfacing and this report was received by
the Council on July 20, 1987,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for
all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of
$36,763.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement
on the / i day of August, 1987, in the Council chambers of the
City Hall at 7:10 PM,.and the Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
Upon roll call, the following member voting aye:
Arthur Potts, Robert Olson, Deane Vail, George Atkinson
Voting nay: Theodora Peltier
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 20TH DAY OF JULY, 1987.
