A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING
FOR 125TH STREET/130TH STREET/HOMESTEAD DRIVE PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 41987-30-0.
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted August 3, 1987,
a report has been prepared by Howard Kuusisto, City Engineer, with
reference to the improvement of 125th Street from County Road 10 north
to Homestead Drive, and Homestead Drive from 125th Street North to 130th
Street, and 130th Street from Homestead Drive east to its termination,
by the improvement of bituminous surfacing, and this report was received
by the Council on August 17, 1987,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO, WASHINGTON
COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for
all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of
$95,000.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement
on the 8th day of September, 1987, in the Council chambers of the
City Hall at 7:05 PM, and the Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
UPON ROLL CALL, THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS VOTING AYE:
Theodora Peltier, Arthur Potts, Robert Olson, Deane Vail, George Atkinson
VOTING NAY: NONE
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 17th DAY OF August , 1987.
