RESOLUTION 1987- 50
A RESOLUTION DECLARING UNPAID UTILITY BILLS BE
PLACED ON THE TAX ROLLS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON
COUNTY, MINNESOTA That the following bills be declared unpaid and that
said bills be placed on the tax rolls as liens against the property
identified herein and collected pursuant to the procedures outlined in the
Municipal Code:

Dear Margaret:
Please refer to Resolution 1987-50 certifying delinquent utility
bills. The following parcel and amount should be deleted:
93080-2100 ($123.08)
Also, please refer to Resolution 1987-48 certifying the 1987 tax
levy collectible in 1988. That resolution has been replaced by
the enclosed Resolution 1987-56 accompanied by the letter from the
State of Minnesota approving the adjustment.
