RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR MONTHLY INSPECTION SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo has established the duties and
responsibilities of the city code enforcement officer/building inspector
by Council resolution, and
WHEREAS, the city has contracted with Mr. Pete Kluegel for plumbing
inspection services during the 1987 calendar year, and
WHEREAS, the city has contracted with the City of Lino Lakes for
building inspection services during the 1987 calendar year,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Hugo,
Washington County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The city shall continue its contractural arrangement with the building
inspector on a month-to-month basis during the 1988 calendar year.
2. The city shall continue its contractural arrangement with the City of
Lino Lakes for special building inspection services on a
month-to-month basis during the 1988 calendar year.
3. The city shall continue its contractural arrangement with Mr. Peter
Kluegel for plumbing inspection services on a month-to-month basis
during the 1988 calendar year.
.4. The city shall compensate the building inspector at the rate of 85% of
the 1987 permit fee schedules (1983 UHC).
5. Inspectors shall bill the city of Hugo quarterly, after final
inspection, and/or certificate of occupancy has been issued, and all
construction meets with the inspector's final approval.
6. Inspectors shall maintain a daily log of inspections and return all
records to the City of Hugo along with building plans, certificate of
occupancy, and other related documents when inspections are completed
for the work covered under an issued permit.
7. Both inspector and the City of Hugo shall give the other party a
minimum 30 days advanced notice of intent to terminate this
contractural relationship with the other party.

Potts, Robert Olson, Deane Vail, George Atkinson
