THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUN'T'Y, MINNESOTA,
HEREBY RESOLVES, Authorization for the City's legal staff to initiate
formal condemnation proceedings to obtain property owned by Alex and/or
Tamara Zaluckyj as attached and described as Exhibit "A" (Certificate
of Survey) and Exhibit "B" (Legal Description); and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, The City's legal staff is directed to petition
the court for access to the property as quickly as may be allowed by law.
ADOP'T'ED AND PASSED THIS 21st DAY OF April , 1986.
