A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE APPRAISAL AMOUNT OF $5,250.00
FROM APPRAISAL RESEARCH ASSOCIATE, DATED JUNE 9, 1986, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE CONDEMNATION OF LAND OWNED BY ALEX AND TAMARA ZALUCKYJ.
WHEREAS, the Hugo City Council has authorized the condemnation of
land owned by Alex and Tamara Zaluckyj; and
WHEREAS, State statute required the city to obtain and approved
an appraisal value for the property;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Hugo City Council does hereby
accept the report of Appraisal Research Associates dated June 9, 1986; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, The Council approves the amount of $5,250.00
as the approved appraisal value of said property; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to sign a draft
in the amount of $5,250.00 and deliver said draft through the legal staff
in a manner provided by law.
VOTING FOR: Hauer, Potts, Schwab, McAllister, Peltier
Motion Carried.
ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS DAY OF 1986.
