RESOLUTION 1986-8
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN ROADS IN THE CITY OF HUGO
AS MINIMUM MAINTENANCE ROADWAYS IN ACCORDANCE WITH MINNESOTA
STATE STATUTE 160.095.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hugo, Minnesota;
The following roadways are designated as minimum maintenance roadways;
1. Fiona Road - at a point of the intersection of Fiona Road and 125th
St. No.
2. Fiona Ave. No. - at a point of the intersection of Fiona Road to
120th St. No.
Now, therefore, be it resolved, the City Council does order said road-
ways posted minimum maintenance roadways in accordance with Minnesota
State Statute 160.095. Copies of this resolution to be forwarded to
White Bear Township, Washington County, and Ramsey County, as required
by law.
