BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington
County, Minnesota, as follows;
(1)" That there is now on hand in and is hereby irrevocably
appropriated to the sinking.ufnd for the retirement of principal and
interest on SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT BONDS, dated 10/5/85 ,
the sum of 5269.874.91 .
(2) That the County Auditor of Washington county is hereby re-
quested and directed to reduce by $28,600.00 the tax levied
for collection in the next ensuing year for payment of the said principal
and interest -pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 476.61.
The Motion for the adoption of the above Resolution was made by
Schwab . and duly seconded by Potts and upon a
vote being taken thereon, the folowing members voted in favor thereof;

Theodora Peltier
Arthur Potts .
Charles Schwab

WHEREUPON said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
City of Hugo, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of Minutes of a meeting
of the governing body of said municipality, is a full, true, and
correct copy of said minutes, insofar as the same relate to the dec-
laration of excess funds on hand in the sinking funds for SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMNT BONDS of 1985 and requesting a reduction in taxes
therefor.
ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 6TH DAY OF October $ 1986.
