A RESOLUTION SUPPLEMENTING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY OF HUGO.
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo has filed a proposed Comprehensive Plan approved
for transmission to the Metropolitan Council on the 22nd day of June, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council raised questions and set forth additional
requirements in its letter dated March 8, 1982, pertaining to Referral File No.
8594-2; and
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo has prepared responses to Referral File No. 8594-2;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS. FOLLOWS:
1. Zoning map is the Land Use - 1990;
2. Page 25 of Comprehensive Plan 1990 projections for 1990 included, attached
hereto as Exhibit A;
3. Engineering worksheet (acreage by zoning) included as supporting data for
1990 acreage Comprehensive Sewer Plan, attached hereto as Exhibit B;
4. WPC -40: Existing ordinance substantially addresses the requirements of
WPC -40 (copy of the WPC -40 is available to City), and Rice Creek Watershed
review is required by resolution;
5. A marked up copy of Metro Council Procedure No. 10, regarding on-site systems,
is attached as Exhibit C;
6. Environmental Statement has been adequately addressed;
7. Sanitary sewer ordinance, including on-site systems and subdivision ordinances,
is available for review only (seven copies each);
8. Airspace and seaplane use: City will incorporate in Comprehensive Plan MN/DOT
Rule 14 MCAR 1.3015 and Reference to 1.3018;
9. To implement Comprehensive Plan, the City of Hugo has necessary ordinances and
regulations adopted by City Code for zoning, subdivision, floodplain, sanitary
sewers, etc.;
10. Supplementary Information for Comprehensive Plan is attached hereto as Exhibit D; and
11. Comprehensive Sewer Plan is attached hereto as Exhibit E.
