ADOPTION OF COMPREHENSIVE MUNICIPAL PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo has prepared a Comprehensive Plan
pursuant to the requirements of the Metropolitan Land Planning Act;
and,
WHEREAS, as the Hugo City Council did approve the transmission
Of the proposed Comprehensive Municipal Plan to the Metropolitan Council;
and,
WHEREAS, on March 14, 1985, the Metropolitan Council did adopt
the plan as submitted along with Referral Report 85-18 and the reccim-
mendation found on pages 11 and 12 of the report;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
City of Hugo does hereby adopt the Comprehensive Municipal Plan as
submitted to the Metropolitan Council on the 22nd day of June, 1981.
Metropolitan Council Community Development CaTmittee Report 85-18
is hereby incorporated as Appendix F, to be considered in any future
amendments to the plan.
