BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington
County, Minnesota, as follows:
(1) That there is now on hand in and is hereby irrevocabl
appropriated to the sinking fund for the retirement of principal
and interest on SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT BONDS, dated 10/5/85,
the sum of $273,790.57 .
(2) That the County Auditor of Washington County is hereby
requested and directed to reduce by $29,200.00 the
tax levied for collection in the next ensueing year for payment
of the said principal and interest pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Section 475.61.
The motion for the adoption of the above #4solution was made

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the City of Hugo, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting
of the governing the same is a full, true, and correct copy of said
minutes, insofar as the same relate to the declaration of excess funds
on hand in the sinking funds for SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT BONDS of
1985 and requesting a reduction in taxes therefor.
