RESOLUTION 1985-23
A RESOLUTION ADDRESSING NOTIFICATION TO THE WASHINGTON
COUNTY RECORDER REQUESTING ALL DOCUMENTS CREATING A NEW
PARCEL OF LAND BE APPROVED BY THE CITY OF HUGO PRIOR
TO RECORDING.
The City Council of the City of Hugo, Minnesota, hereby ordains, to -wit:
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo has adopted a Zoning Ordinance and Comprehensive
Plan regulating land use and lot sizes within the City of Hugo, and
WHEREAS, all division of property within the City requires City Council
approval prior to the sale or establishment of a new parcel of
land, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Hugo requests that no
instrument creating a new parcel of land be recorded without the City of
Hugo first affixing one of its stamps (indicated below) to the instrument.
