A RESOLUTION THAT THE CITY OF HUGO REQUESTS THE RETENTION
OF PROPERTY KNOWN AS LOTS 11 TO 21, BLOCK 7, SUBJECT TO
EASEMENT TO EVERT AVENUE, SHADYSIDE #4, BALD EAGLE ADDI-
TION (PARCEL 93725-2950)
The City Council of the City of Hugo, Minnesota, hereby ordains:
WHEREAS, The city of Hugo desires to obtain an easement over property known
as LATS 11 TO 21, BLOCK 7, SUBJECT TO EASEMENT TO EVERTON AVENUE,
SHADYSIDE #4, BALD EAGLE ADDITION (PARCEL 93725-2950),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized
to sign APPLICATION BY GOVERMN'I'AL SUBDIVISION FOR CONVEYANCE OF TAX -FORFEITED
LANDS, and forward same to Washington County.

CONVEYANCE OF FORFEITED LANDS
(Issued pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 282.01, Subdivision 1)
THIS INDENTURE, made this 14th day of October, 1983, between the State of
Minnesota, as party of the first part, and City of Hugo, a Governmental Subdivision, as
party of the second part, WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the land hereinafter described was duly forfeited to the State of
Minnesota for the nonpayment of taxes, and, a.... .,. :,
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 8detiori 282.01, Subdivision 1, the party
of the second part has applied to the Commissioner of Revenue for the conveyance of
lands hereinafter described to be used by it exclusively for easement purposes as Everton
Avenue North crosses its boundaries, and,
WHEREAS, the Board 'of County Commissioners of the County of Washington, State
of Minnesota, has recommended to the Commissioner of Revenue by resolution adopted on
the 27th day of September, 1983, that such conveyance be made,
NOW, THEREFORE, the State of Minnesota, pursuant to said laws and in
consideration of the premises, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the party
of the second part, forever, all the tracts or parcels of land lying and being in the County
of Washington, State of Minnesota, described as follows, to -wit;
Lots 11 to 21, Block 7 subject to easem9nt to Everton Avenue
Shadyside.44 Bald Eagle Add. (Parcel 93725-2950)
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all the hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, to the said party of the.
second part so long as it shall continue to use said land for the purpose aforesaid, and upon
condition that if such use shall cease said land shall revert to the party of the first part as
' provided by law. No deed tax will be payable on this conveyance.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the State of Minnesota, party. of the first part, has
caused this deed to be - executed in its name in the City of St. Paul, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, the day and year first above written.

issued on October 14, 1983, and which deed has been recorded in the Register of Deeds
Office of Washington County, on November 19, 1983, Document No. 453939),
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all the hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, to the said party of the
