BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington
County, Minnesota, as follows:
(1) That there is now on hand in and is hereby irrevocably appropriated
to the sinking fund for the retirement of principal and interest on SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT BONDS, dated 10/5/83, the sum of 5174,513.01
(2) That the County Auditor of Washington County is hereby requested
and directed to reduce by $ 24,20Q.00 the tax levied for collection
in the next ensueing year for payment of the said principal arra interest
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 475.61.
The motion far the adoption of the above Resolution was made by
Peltier and duly seconded by Vail and upon a vote
being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof:
McAllister, Atkinson, Schwab
and the following voted against the same: NONE
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
City of Hugo, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully compared the
attach and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the governing the
same is a full, true, and correct copy of said minutes, insofar as the same
relate to the declarration of excess funds on hand in the sinking funds for
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT BONDS of 1984 and requesting a reduction in
taxes therefor.
ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 19th DAY OF SeAtember , 1983.
