HomeMy WebLinkAbout1982.05.17 RESO 1982-4431600 REC'0 JUN 141982 RESOLUTION NO. 1982-4 A RESOLUTION FOR THE VACATION OF DESCRIBED CISTERN EASEMENT. WHEREAS, a cistern easement was conveyed by Louis. Kiichli and Angeline Kiichli, his wife, to the Village of Hugo, Minnesota, dated and acknowledged November 1-1938, recorded June 26.1939 in Book 135 of Deeds, page 463 and WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the public to vacate a part of said easement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Hugo, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 412.8519 vacate the sistern easement described as follows, to wit: A perpetual easement in, to, over, and upon a parcel of land 14 feet square, the SW corner of which parcel being 100 feet distant Elly from the SW corner of the following described tract of land situated in Gov't Lot 5, Section 20, T31N, R21W, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows, to wit; Beginning at a point in the -Elly line of the Hugo and White Bear Wagon Road as now laid out and traveled across said Lot 5, which point is distant 256.2 feet SWtly measured along the Elly line of said road from its intersection with the North line of said Lot5; thence SWtly along the E'ly line of said road 80.3 f6et; thence at right angles SE'ly 353 feet, more or less, to the Wily shore of Egg Lake; thence N'ly along the shore of said Lake to the intersection of said shoreline with a line drawn at right angles to the Elly line of said road from the point of beginning; thence NWtly 350 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning. The above mentioned 1:4 foot square parcel lies within the above described tract of land and lies along and adjacent to the South line thereof. ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS .17_ DAY OF Ma=, 1982.
