A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A POLICY FOR THE COLLECTION
OF FEES FOR THE PURCHASE OF CITY WATER FROM CITY HYDRANTS.
BE IT RESOLVED That the City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington
County, Minnesota, established the City of Hugo to collect $50.00 deposit
for use of the water valve, $10.00 inspection fee, and 60¢ per thousand
gallons of water purchased.
ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 3rd DAY OF August , 1981.•
