A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT 8102
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held at 7:30 PM on February 2, 1981,
and continued on March 2, 1981, at 8:00 PM at the City Hall, on the
making of street and storm sewer improvements in the Bald Eagle Industrial
Park in the City of Hugo;
WHEREAS, at said hearing a motion was adopted to have the engineer
prepare plans and specifications for said public improvements;
WHEREAS, the City Council has caused the Clerk -Treasurer to adver-
tise for bids to complete construction in accordance with said plans
and specification, and on June 1, 1981, tentatively awarded the construc-
tion bid for the project to W & G Rehbein Bros., subject to approval of
easements and obtaining of financing; and
WHEREAS, bonds to finance the construction of said improvements
may not be issued until after said improvements have been ordered by this
council by a four-fifths majority vote;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Hugo, Minnesota, that it is advisable, expedient and necessary that the
improvements described above and in the notice of said public hearing
be constructed, and the same are hereby ordered made.
ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 17th DAY OF August , 1981.
