RESOLUTION REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE SALE OF BONDS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Hugo, Minnesota,
that the Clerk -Treasurer and the City's fiscal consultants are hereby
authorized to prepare and complete a Request for Proposals for the
sale of $ 170,000 General Obligation Bonds of 1981, of the City sub-
stantially in the form discussed and attached hereto, and to promulgate
such Request for Proposals by advertisement and otherwise. The City
Council shall accept a Proposal for the purehase of said Bonds at a
meeting.
ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 17th DAY OF August , 1981.
