A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR SEPTEMBER 8,
1981, AT 7:30 PM, HUGO CITY HALL, FOR THE PURPOSE OF
DISCUSSION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN THE BALD EAGLE INDUSTRIAL
PARK, PROJECT 8102.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Hugo,
Washington County, Minnesota, will meet in the Council chambers of
the City Hall, at 7:30 PM, on September 8, 1981, to consider the
making of an improvement on street and storm sewer, and curb and
gutter, in the Bald Eagle Industrial Park, described as follows:
130th Street North from the west right-of-way of the Burlington
Northern Railroad westerly to the west line of Falcon Avenue North
a distance of approximately 1300 lineal feet. The estimated cost
of such improvement is $170,000.00. The cost of the project will be
assessed to the benefited property owners in the vicinity of the
described improvements. Such persons as desire to be heard with
reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 17th DAY OF August , 1981.
