HomeMy WebLinkAbout1981.10.05 RESO 1981-23RESOLUTION NO. 1981--23 BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, as follows: (1) That there is now on hand in and is hereby irrevocably appropriated to the sinking fund for the retirement of principal and interest on SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT BONDS, dated 10/5/81, the sum of $ 217,962 (2) That the County Auditor of Washington County is hereby requested and directed to reduce by $18,900.00 the taxed levied for collection in the next ensuing year for payment of the said principal and interest, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 475.61. The motion for the adoption of the above Resolution was made by Irsfeld and duly seconded by LaValle , and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: Mike McAllister, Howard Schletty, Deane Vail and the following voted against the same: NONE Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA SS. COUNTY OF WASHINGTON I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the City of Hugo, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the governing body of the above municipality held on the date therein indicated, and that the same is a full, true and correct copy of said minutes, insofar as the same relate to the declaration of excess funds on hand in the sinking funds for SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT BONDS of 1982 and requesting a reduction in taxes therefor.
