After discussion, member Dan Spitzer introduced
the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RTSOLMION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT ON
Il 20VAMT PRDJBCT 7905
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hug+oq Minnesota,
as follows:
1. All bids on construction of Improvement Project 7905 are herby
received and tabulated.
2. The bid of OIG Construction Hugo . Minnesota,
In the amomt of 4 14.999 00 for the construction of sai
improvements in accordance with the plans and specifications and advertise-
ment for bids is the lowest responsible bid and shall be and hereby is
accepted,
30 The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into a contract with said bidder for the construction of said improvements
for and on behalf of the City.
4.. The City -Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forth-
with to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposit
of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until
a contrsot has been axecuted:
5. The motion for the.adoptionof the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member 7A= Irsfeld _ and upon a Grote being
taken thereon, the following voted infavorthereof:
Lavallet spitaerr Irsfeld, Vail and Schletty
and the following voted -against the same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted on 4/9/79•

Pursuant to due call and notice 'thereof, a Special Meeting of the
City Council .of the City of ENW9 Minnesota was duly called and held at
the City Hall in said City on the Ninth day of April, 19799 at 7200 o'clock
P.M.
The following members were presents
Wallet Spitzer, Irsfeld, Vail and Schletty
And the following were absents None
The Council vocefied bids on April 29 19799 on construction of Improve-
ment Project No. 7905 in the Cityt and after publicly opening said bids, de-
ferred action thereon. Said bids have now been tabulated and analyzed.
They are as follows
