BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Cit COittbi]. of the City of Hugo ,
Minnesota, as follows:
(1) That there is now on hand in and is hereby irrevocably appropriated
to the sinking fund for the retirement of principal and interest on
Waterworks Improvement Bonds dated May 1 ,19619
We sum o 63,466.00 .
(2) That the County Auditor of Washington County is hereby
requested and directed to reduce: -:by �322.50 the taxed levied
for collection in the next ensuing year for payment of Me said principal and
interest, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 475.61
The motion for the adoption of the above resolution was dully seconded
by member , and upon a vote being taken thereon,
the following members voted in favor t ereof:

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk/Treasurer of
HUQO , Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully
campared:.-the.attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the
governing body of the above municipality held on the date therein indicated,
and that the same is a full, true and correct copy. of said minutes, insofar as
the same..relate.to the declaration of excess funds on hand in the sinking funds
for WATERWORKS IMPROVEMENT BONDS of 1961 and requesting a
reduc on in taxes thereof.
