A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE CONSTRUCTIONS WORK FOR THE WATERMAIN
Il1PROV.EME11T PROJECT 7906.
BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CONTRACT FOR PROJECT 7906 be
awarded to R. D. McLean Construction Co., Inc. in the amount of
$119385.00 for the construction of said improvement in accordance
with the plans and specifications as submitted by the City Engineer
is hereby accepted.
THE MAYOR AND CLERK are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into a contract with said firm for the construction of said
improvements for and on behalf of the City.
THE MOTION for the adtoption of the foregoing Resolution
was duly seconded by member Schletty and upon a vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Irsfeld, Schletty and Vail ; and
the following voted against the same none
WHEREUPON said Resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.
PASSED By THE CITY COUNCIL THE 12th DAY
OF NOVEMBER, 1979.
