A RESOLUTION CANCELLING RESOLUTION NO. 76-47, A RESO-
LUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE WATER DEPARTMENT
SINKING FUND TO THE.STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION FUND AND
PROVIDING FOR REPAY1'-TENT THEREOF.
WHEREAS, if funds were borrowed from the Water Depart-
ment sinking Fund to the Storm Sewer Construction Fund,
itwould result in a total of $500.00 lost between loss
of interest and penalty;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 76-47
be cancelled.
Adopted and passed this 2nd day of August, 1976.
