BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Hugo hereby
request the Commissioner of Highways to conduct a traffic
survey to determine the reasonable and safe speed of
the following streets
Everton Avenue North and Ethan Avenue North
from 120th. Street to Elmcrest Avenue North
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon the determination
of a resonable and safe speed of the above street, the
City of Hugo be authorized by the Commissioner of Highways
to post such speed limits.
