IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT THE NAME OF ROBERT E. BURKARD,
WATER SUPERINTENDENT FOR THE CITY OF HUGO, BE SUBMITTED
FOR THE HONOR OF RECEIVING THE C. C. LUDWIG AWARD FOR
OUTSTANDING SERVICE TO A COMMUNITY THIS BEING IN ACCORDANCE
WITH A RECOMMENDATION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO AT THE
MEETING ON FEBRUARY 7, 1977.
