A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT PETITION OF WATERLINE EXTENSION
BY PERCENTAGE OF SIGNED SIGNATURES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Hugo on May 16, 1977,
has determined that the petition presented for the Waterline Ex-
tension on Egg Lake Road (County Road 8A) from approximately 300'
East of Fondant Avenue North, Easterly to Foxhill Avenue North, all
within the City of Hugo, at an estimated cost of $22,000.00, has
been signed by the required percentage of owners of property asked.
ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 16TH DAY OF MAY, 1977
