A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING COOPERATION BETWEEN THE
CITY OF HUGO AND LINO LAKES IN THE MATTER OF THE
OTTER LAKE REGIONAL PARK.
Mr. Daniel Spitzer introduced the following Resolution:
WHEREAS, the proposed Otter Lake Regional Park affects
both communities, and
WHEREAS, both communities agree this proposed Regional
Park is to be deleted from the respective City system statements, and
WHEREAS, information as to scheduled meetings and dis-
cussions on this proposed Regional Park has only been forwarded
to one community,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, The Councils of
the cities of Lino Lakes and Hugo have jointly agreed all future
meetings or discussions with any other agencies relating to the
proposed Otter Lake Regional Park will only be held with desig-
nated representatives of both named municipalities in attendance.
In the event that representatives of one municipality are unable
to appear for a meeting or discussion, the meeting will be can-
celled until designated representatives of both municipalities
can attend.
The City of Hugo concurred unanimously with Councilman Spitzer
moving said Resolution. Motion was duly seconded by LaValle, and
approved by Councilmen Schletty, Irsfeld, Spitzer, Vail, and
Mayor LaValle.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUGO, MINNESOTA, THIS 6TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1977.
