A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FEES FOR THE FILING OF
APPLICATIONS FOR THE ISSUANCE OF OPEN BURNING PERMITS
AND THE ISSUANCE OF OPEN BURNING PERMITS,
The City Council of the City of Hugo determines that:
WHEREAS, Section 110-22 of the Hugo City Code providing
for the establishment of fees for the application for the issuance
of Open Burning Permits and the issuance of Open Burning Permits; and
WHEREAS, Section 110-21, Subd. C provides for establishing
the renumeration of the City Fire Reviewer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
By the City Council that pursuant to the authorization of Section
110-22 of the Hugo City Code that the fees shall be amended to:
1. Application Fee — $3.00
2. Issuance Fee — $3.00
The fees herein established shall continue until altered by further
resolution of the City Council;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council that pursuant
to Section 110-21, Subd. C of the Hugo City Code the Renumeration
of the City Fire Reviewer shall be 100% of the application fee and
the issuance fee, as herein defined.
ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 20TH DAY OF MARCH, 1978.
