A regular meeting of the Hugo City Council was held at
Hugo City Hall at April 17, 1978

resolution and moved its adoption:
offered the following
RESOLUTION 1978-26
BE IT RESOLVED that the following shade tree program budget for sani-
tation and replanting of trees for sanitation and replanting of trees for
the calendar year 1978 is hereby approved and that the city share of said
budget is available in the General Fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby
authorized to execute and submit the 1978 Shade Tree Program Application
to the Minnesota Department of Agriculture.
