WHEREAS in the City of Hugo, Minnesota, at the intersection of
120th Street North and the Burlington Northern Railroad located in
Section 31, T31N9 R21W in the City of Hugo there is an uncontrolled
crossing and,
WHEREAS that said crossing is dangerous to life and property
because of the traffic volume using the crossing and said crossing
is uncontrolled by safety devices
NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that the Hugo City Council request
that the Public Service Commissioners of the State of Minnesota in—
vestigate the matter pursuant to Minnesota Statute 219.39.
Adopted and passed by the City Council this 19 day
of June, 1978.
