WHEREAS, said special provisions are on file in the Office of the DeparthLent of Tr=sportation,
St. Paul, ==esota; being marked. labeled and identified ass S 8206-20-21

hick, together with, the "Minnesota Department of Highways Standard Specifications for higjaway
Construction," dated January 1, 19720 as amended by Minnesota Department. of HiGhways Supple-
mental Specifications for Hit;hway Construction, dated April 1, 1976, will govern, and which
are on file in the office of the Commissioner of Transportation constitute the specifications
for said improvement of Trunk Highway No. 1 , renvzbered as Trunk Highway No. — 61 ; and,
WHERFASy copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled and identified are
also on file in the Office of the City Clerk; and,
WFEERFAS, the term, said plans amt special provisions, as here inafte.,,, used in the body of this
Resolution will be deeiutd and intended to mean; refer to -and incorporate the Plans and cpecial
provisions in the fore6oing recitals particularly ideriiiLLied and dez:cribed; and,

NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special provisions for the improvement of
Trunk Highway No. 1 , renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 61 , within the corporate limits
of the City of Hugo , be and hereby are approved.
IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Lugo � does hereby agree to require
the parking of all vehicles, if such parking is permitted within the corporate limits of said
City, on said Trunk Highway No._1 , renumbered Trunk Highway No. 61 , will be parallel
with the curb adjacent to the highway, and at least 20 feet from any crosswalks on all public
streets intersecting said trunk highway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown in said plans and special
provisions are hereby approved and consent is hereby given to any and all changes in grade
occasioned by the construction of Trunk Highway No. 1 , renumbered Trunk Highway No.
of _, in accordance with said plans and special provisions.
