A RESOLUTION ABOLOSHING RESOLUTION NO. 1975-24
RELATING TO ESTABLISHING SANITARY SEWER USE
RATES FOR PREMISES SERVED BY THE SEWER SYSTEM,
AS REQUIRED BY HUGO CITY CODE CHAPTER 262.
The City Council of the City of Hugo determines that:
WHEREAS, Resolution 1975-24 has been interpeted by the
Metropolitan Waste Control Commission to contain a provision
limiting the amount of charges that can be levied under certain
circumstances, contrary to applicable regulations; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the Metropolitan Waste Con-
trol Commission approve the sewage use rate structure;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 1975-24,
entitled "A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SANITARY SEWER USE RATES
FOR PREMISES SERVED BY THE SEWERAGE SYSTEM, AS REQUIRED BY
HUGO CITY CODE CHAPTER 262", be, and is hereby rescinded, and
that any and all billings rendered pursuant to said Resolution
No. 1975-24 continue in full force and effect and remain as ob-
ligations to the City of Hugo all pursuant to the requirements
of Hugo City Code Chapter 262.
