RESOLUTION NO. 1975 - 3,960
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,, a regular meeting of
the Cir 001132(,il of the City of Hugo
Minnesota, was held at the City of Hugo 2 on Monday the
6 _ day of October 1975 . at 7 o'clock P.M., with the follow-
ing members present -
Lease, LaValle, Leroux and Schletty
and the following members absent:
Smith
Member LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of
Hugo Minnesota, as follows:
(1) That there is now on hand in and is hereby irrevocably appro-
priated to the sinking fund for the retirement of principal
and interest on Waterworks Improvement Bond Of 1961
May 1 1901
dated the sum of 68.466.00
(2) That the County Auditor of County
is hereby requested and directed to reduceli�y $,-.-6,450.00 the
taxes levied for collection in the next ensuing year for payment of the
said principal and interest, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 475.61.
The motion for the adoption of the above resolution was duly seconded
by member — Leroux _, and upon a vote being taken thereon,, the follow-
ing members voted in favor thereof:
Lease, LaValle, Leroux and Schletty
and the following voted against the same-.

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

City of Hugo Minnesota,,,
DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully compared the attached and fore-
going extract of minutes of a meeting of the governing body of the above
municipality held on the date therein indicated,, and that the same is a
full, true and correct copy of said minutes, insofar as the same relate
to the declaration of excess funds on hand in the sinking funds for
Waterworks Tmnrovement Bond Bonds of
19 61 and requesting a reduction in taxes therefor.
