RESOLUTION 1974-11 <br />A RESOLUTION FOR APPOINTING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE <br />CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, TO FILL A VACANCY. <br />The City Council of the City of Hugo determines that: <br />WHEREAS, a vacancy has occurred in the position of Mayor <br />for the City Council for the City of Hugo, Minnesota, due to the <br />resignation of Mayor Crever, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Don Lease be and <br />hereby is appointed to the position of Mayor for the City of Hugo, <br />Minnesota, for a term to expire December 31, 1975, to complete the <br />term of office of Mayor Crever. <br />Adopted and passed by the Council this 6th day of May, 1974. <br />Acting Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Clerk <br />Voting In Favor: <br />Marvin LaValle <br />Lee Martin <br />Irene Leroux <br />Voting Against: <br />NONE <br />Abstained: <br />Don Lease <br />
