Mayor Fran Miron called the meeting to order at 8:30 am.
PRESENT: Haas, Puleo, Miron
City Administrator Mike Ericson and Planning Commission Chair Dave Schumann
ABSENT: Mike Granger and Becky Petryk,
This special meeting was called to conduct an interview for the current vacancy on the Planning
Commission.
INTRODUCTION OF CANDIDATE. ADAM MOORE
City Administrator Mike Ericson presented Adam Moore as a candidate for the vacancy on the
Planning Commission. He explained that staff had met with Adam and that he is very interested in
volunteering to service on the Commission.
INTERVIEW BY CITY COUNCIL
Mayor Fran Miron, Council members, and Planning Commission Chair Dave Schumann conducted
an oral interview of Adam after which he asked a few questions.
DIRECTION TO STAFF
Council agreed with Chair Schumann that Adam Moore should be appointed to the Planning
Commission at the Council's next regularly scheduled meeting on February 20, 2007. This will be a
four-year tern expiring 2010.
ADJOURNMENT
Haas made motion, Puleo seconded, to adjourn at 9:40 am.
